No pressure and no compulsory hours. You can select more than one area, volunteer occasionally or remotely where suitable, decline tasks you cannot reasonably do, ask for support, take a break or stop volunteering.

Voluntary and unpaid role. RFTUK volunteer roles do not carry wages, salary or a fee. Reasonable expenses are separate from payment for the role and must be agreed in writing in advance before reimbursement can be considered. Volunteers must not make purchases on behalf of RFTUK without prior written approval. Unless RFTUK specifically agrees or provides otherwise, volunteers use their own ordinary equipment and resources for their volunteering.
